Naro Moru, Samburu, Nyeri, L. Nakuru, L. Baringo, Kakamega, Kisumu, Mara, Naivasha, Gatamaiyu, Nairobi

Day 1. Arrival and check in at a city hotel.

Day 2. Depart for Naro Moro - Mountain Lodge, with brief stops at Blue Post, Chania River and Wajee camp for some endemic bird watching.

Day 3 & 4. Depart Mountain Lodge and a bird tour around Mt. Kenya National park, lunch at Kongoni camp in Nanyuki, thereafter, leave for Samburu Game Reserve - 2 nights. Samburu is one of the most exciting reserves!.

Day 5. Early morning depart back for Nyeri, Outspan Hotel and do some birding within.

Day 6. Leave midday for Lake Nakuru National Park, overnight at Lake Nakuru lodge, which is situated in the park.

Day 7 & 8. Early morning birding before departure to Lake Baringo, overnight at Soi Safari Lodge. Full day birding around the lodge, and around the lake.

Day 9 & 10. Early morning birding before departing for Kakamega.

Day11. Kakamega tropical rainforest is spectacular with its rare species, endemic birds and animal species - 3 nights at Rondo retreat.

Day 12. Leave for Kisumu, overnight at Sunset Hotel. Birding around Dunga Swamp, and Hippo Point.

Day 13 & 14. Leave early morning for the great ride to the Mara via Kericho and Sotik. En route you have a beautiful view of the carpeted lush green tea fields with colonial plantation houses.

Day 15, 16 & 17. Leave the Mara and head to Lake Naivasha and we get to do some birding on the grounds of the Lake Naivasha, overnight at a hotel.

Day 18. Morning boat ride and after lunch off to Nairobi with a short stop to Gatamaiyu forest.

Day 19. Depart for home country.
